- Late payments accrue additional shipping fee & $15 Costume late fee per costume, per month.
- Costume Balance due with March 2025 Tuition without exception.
- Costume distributed to up-to-date accounts only.
- Payments NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of Circumstance. $50 exchange fee.

- Purchasing tickets for another AIM account is prohibited. ALL accounts will be frozen. $100 fee per account accessed. No show entrance without fee payment.
