AIM DANCE POLICY

$35 per class withdrawal fee after 10/1/23
Monthly tuition charges will continue until
withdrawal fee is paid.

Any account 60 days past due –
Student may not enter classroom.
Monthly charges continue until account is up-to-date.

CONDUCT/PROTOCOL

Proper etiquette & attire required

• Everyone must be respectful. Inappropriate behavior from a student or parent results in immediate expulsion. No refund.
• No food, gum or cell phone use in classroom
• Studio not responsible for missing materials, accident, injury or otherwise

DANCE COSTUME DEPOSIT/BALANCE

• $50 deposit – each costume. Due before 12/15/24. Appears on December invoice.
• COSTUMES ORDERED WITH DEPOSIT ONLY
• Late payments accrue additional shipping fee & $15 Costume late fee per costume, per month.
• Costume Balance due with March 2025 Tuition without exception.
• Costume distributed to up-to-date accounts only.
• Payments NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of Circumstance. $50 exchange fee.

• Sold to up-to-date accounts ONLY
• NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of circumstance
• Purchasing tickets for another AIM account is prohibited. ALL accounts will be frozen. $100 fee per account accessed. No show entrance without fee payment.

AIM ACADEMY MAKE-UP POLICY

All classes are NON-REFUNDABLE
Make-up classes are NOT guaranteed

Dance – make-up classes within 6 weeks of in similar level.
Music – schedule make-up at front desk (only if lesson is cancelled 2 HOURS PRIOR).
MT&D – make-up classes unavailable

MUSIC REHEARSAL/CONCERT

LOCATION: AIM ACADEMY
Rehearsal – Friday June 27, 2025
Concert – Saturday June 28, 2025

• Schedule available in March.
• Class attire. NO COSTUMES.
• Does NOT denote performance order.
• Attendance required – Students who do not
  attend, forfeit free dress rehearsal ticket.
