Office &Stage Manager
Graduating from St. John’s University, with a major in Sports Management and a double minor in Business and Law, Jennifer went on to work for United Sports Management, a company who owned and operated minor league sports teams. There she was Director of Business Affairs in which she was responsible for leading the business managers of each individual team. After several years there, her and her husband, Michael, decided to start a family and in 2001, they welcomed their first daughter on Christmas Day! Wanting to stay home with their child, Jennifer decided to start her own company to utilize her creativity and started elleon designs, llc. Four years later they had their second child and their eldest started dance. She began with Arts in Motion at its inception and is currently the office director and stage manager. She moved on to work at two local private schools in various roles, finishing as the Vice President of Operations and Finance. Jennifer is now a Chief Financial Officer Consultant for a local CPA firm. With the love of dance her daughters display and her belief in the philosophy of the Studio, Jennifer is looking forward to many more years to come at Arts in Motion.
