Katherine Udalova is a New Jersey–based dancer, choreographer, and dance educator who has been dancing since the age of nine. Trained in hip-hop, contemporary/lyrical, commercial street jazz, Ballroom dance and Bollywood. She has earned a BFA in Dance and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Dance Education at Rutgers University. Her life long goal is to combine her love of performing with her passion for teaching, mentorship, and helping others discover their own voice through movement. Kat’s artistic journey has been shaped by the guidance of her mentor, Jona Biddle, as well as her training with Teresa Stone. Throughout her training, she has had the opportunity to collaborate on projects with Columbia Records and perform in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade—experiences that have continued to inspire and challenge her as an artist. Whether Kat is performing, choreographing, or teaching, she is passionate about creating work that feels authentic, dynamic, and fun for her students! Kat is excited and honored to share her passion with her AIM Academy students!
